Courtesy Closing Attorney or Title Company in Chicago

Hi All - We are working to close our first multi-family this week in Indiana. We would like to perform the close remotely in Chicago. Does anyone have good recommendations for title companies or attorney's that will perform a courtesy closing for us? Also, any indication of price would be extremely helpful.
