Hello,

I am a local Chicagoland investor looking to invest  passively via buy, rehab, and renting real estate.

I have Cash, Great Credit, and 7+ yrs corporate finance experience (still employed). 

Looking for volunteer opportunities on current rehab/fixnflip projects to gain experience. Please let me know if you have interest and/or need an extra pair of hands. Open to JVs as well.
