0% Loan and Free Labor...!! Catch?? Let me shadow you on a rehab.
Hello,
I am a local Chicagoland investor looking to invest passively via buy, rehab, and renting real estate.
I have Cash, Great Credit, and 7+ yrs corporate finance experience (still employed).
Looking for volunteer opportunities on current rehab/fixnflip projects to gain experience. Please let me know if you have interest and/or need an extra pair of hands. Open to JVs as well.
Thanks,
Ibn

Partnering to learn is a great idea ... however, lending money at 0% is not IMO. That may attract the wrong kind of partners. Better to become an equity partner with you contributing some (but not all) of the money and perhaps credit to the deal, with a fair split of the profits, and ride shotgun to learn.
