Tax attorney recommendation

Hello,

Would anyone be able to recommend an attorney that they have experience working with?  I'm looking to reduce my property taxes in Cook County.  An attorney with experience in wrap mortgages and subject to contracts would be a huge bonus as I would like to get into that space.
