Looking for a realtor with multi-family knowledge

Hi All,

I've utilized BP as resource for awhile now and am finally looking into buying my first property.  I have my sights set on a two flat for around 200-250K (preferably in the Logan / Avondale area). I'm not opposed to doing rehab (203k). Looking for a realtor with knowledge of the area and familiar with multiple types of financing!
