Hi all! Once again we are heading out to view properties for fix and flip at 648 E. 93rd St.  On Saturday 10am. Cone join us for the celebratory "christening" with sledge hammer by Sherrie Wright, Cory Gardner and myself. We will discuss no money down lines of credit , which is being used to fund our flips, then review - other possible fix and flip projects as well as a completed rehab to compare notes. All are welcome!
