MTRs in RiverNorth (Chicago)

Sarah Null
Posted

We are interested in buying property in the RiverNorth area for MTRs to add to our investment portfolio. I see that the city has a lot of regulations around STRs but do not see where they define what is considered "short-term" in their city code. I assume it's less than 30 days based on prior posts in this forum. Are there any other regulations in Chicago to be aware of for MTRs that are 30 days or over?
