Creative Financing Subject to
Hi BP family I am a newbie investor and have been reading books and listening to podcasts and I would like to network with any investors in the Chicagoland area that are currently doing subject to creative financing deals. We can link up and go over ideas over coffee or also I would like to go to a meet-up near Chicago that focuses on creative financing but cant seem to find one all the investor groups that have meet-ups are in a different state and I would like to actually attend one live. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
