Investor friendly inspectors?

I've got a client who wants an inspector who's cheap and doesn't waste time checking every outlet. Preferably someone who knows roofs and basements well. Does anyone have a good recommendation?

Are they looking for buy & hold or for flips?

If buy & hold, I advise against looking for a "cheap" inspector who is just going to scan a few items.

If fix & flip, they should have their general contractor do the roof and basement inspection that they are requesting.
