Giving Value to Chicago Investors

To all Chicago Investors! I want to give value and help in any way I can. My partners and I have been in the REI business for a couple years and if you have any questions, would like to connect and talk about real estate, I'm more than happy to chat and see if there's any value I can give. I'm Managing Partner at Property Pals, based here in Logan Square. We're a team of 6 currently and we're wholesaling about 3 properties per month located in Chicago and Surrounding Suburbs. We're finishing up our second flip out in Boilingbrook and speaking from our experience, it's always best to focus on one supply chain and double down on that. We aren't taking a loss yet but we realized flipping and wholesaling especially so early in the company age, will not be beneficial for the long term. Moving forward, we are only wholesaling and I'm looking to network with more people here in the city and surrounding suburbs. Feel free to comment or message me. Thanks
