Hey Everyone,

 My name Jeet and i'm an Investor/Agent from Central California. I'm traveling to Hilo for 3 months from April to the end of June on temporary job assignment. I would love to meet local Real Estate Professionals during my visit and get to explore Hilo market. What type of investing strategy is more suitable for this region? buy and hold Airbnb etc or Flips? Is there a local meet up group?
