What is the best brokerage for Real Estate Agent Investors?

I have just completed all of the real estate licensee courses and I'm looking for a broker to sponsor me for the exam. I want to hear from real estate sales people that invest and get your opinion on your brokerage or the best brokerage for a new licensee that mostly wants to invest in my own deals. 

I'm located in Columbus, Ohio.
