Section 8 experience in Columbus, OH?

Hi everybody!

I'm not a new investor, but I'm new to Columbus.

I'm researching Section 8. I'd love to talk to any investors, owners, or PMs who specialize in Section 8 units. My first question regards demand: how consistent is it, and what bedroom count garners the most demand?

I have about a thousand questions behind that one. Please chime in or send me a message if you have a few minutes!

Thanks so much!

@Jon Schwartz feel free to message me.   We have a number of our units through section 8 and other subsidized housing programs in Columbus and happy to share some of our experience.

Cheers!
