Looking for a realtor in Columbus Ohio

I had  Realtor...... But if I continue to do it the way they want I will never find a property to flip. I can only search one zip code. I have found more on Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com but she has no sense of urgency. I need someone who understands what a flip is. I don't want to waste their time. It needs to be a fixer and not in a war zone. I have financial backing I just need to find the right deal. I am not limited to Columbus  but would prefer to stay in Ohio.

Are you using bank financing or do you have access to cash or hard money? I ask because there are several wholesalers in the area that could also provide you additional inventory to look at. Best of luck.
