Eviction Stagnant after Writ of Possession in Fulton County

Hi all,

I've been trying to get my house back for over 6 months now due to the tenant not paying in Fulton County (non-covid related). Finally, I received the writ of possession in July. But it's 2 months now and the case process just halted, no call from the deputy to schedule a setout or whatsoever. I called the county marshal office countless times, the front desk women refused to give any info on the process besides providing the deputy's contact information. But the deputy never picks up the phone nor return voice messages. Tried all the emails on the Fulton Marshal website, they are all invalid addresses and my email cannot get delivered. They don't reply to messages on social media platforms as well. This is my first time doing eviction and this situation puts huge pressure on me. I don't know what else can I do to at least get a peek at what is going on with this case. When I received the writ, I asked the marshal office specifically if I need to handle the writ in person, and they said I don't need to, just simply wait for the sheriff to call. Any advice or your data points will be deeply appreciated.
