Analyzing Markets in Atlanta
What neighborhoods in North Atlanta are good for investing? And when you're narrowing down a target market, how small should it be for a new investor? What do you look for first?
Thanks!

Metro Atlanta is sort of being drawn and quartered now by three sources. Hedge Funds working with big wholesalers on the investment side and home buyers on the retail side. It tough now, so be prepared. Everyone is looking for a sucker to overpay now frankly, even though it does seem to be leveling off a touch.
