Claudia Canamas- Wholesaler new to the ATL area!

I am currently working as an aerospace engineer in the greater Atlanta area, just now starting to branch into real estate in this city (moved here from LA). I am a wholesaler of single family homes, but am very new to the real estate sector in general and would love to learn more, particularly from people that know Atlanta very well. Short term goals include expanding my list of buyers! Long term goals include saving enough from wholesaling to purchase a MF, and eventually retire from my 9-5 so I can spend more time with family.
