RE investor turned business owner

Lee Rensch
Posted

Hi All,

My name is Lee and I've been fortunate to own and invest in real estate in multiple states (MN and NC). I'm brand new BG but really pumped based on the topics and responses I've seen so far. Atlanta is an exciting market to be in and I look forward to following everyone's RE journey. I'm passively looking for opportunities in the South Metro (OTP) at the moment.

Thrilled to be here!

What have you invested in? SFR, Multi, Commercial? What are you looking to invest in next?

I had a duplex in MN and a SF in NC - both were primaries that turned into rentals. I'm wanting to stay with those types for next investment.
