Single Family to Duplex Conversions & Accessory Dwelling Units

Hello! Is anyone familiar with the zoning rules in neighborhoods inside the permitted around converting a single family home to a duplex? I’m specifically thinking about the grant park, Ormewood Park, Chosewood Park areas.

I’m also curious about rules regarding adding accessory dwelling units in the same areas.
