Duplex / Triplexes - Atlanta, GA

Good Morning - I am new to US investment property.  I am from South Africa and recently purchased my first unit in Atlanta and I got my offer accepted for a duplex last week.

Going forward I would like to try my hand at triplex or larger.  It seems hard to find them in the Atlanta area - any ideas on the best place to start my search?

I am also looking for good property managers in this area - i am not too happy with my current manager - any referral appreciated.

@Jeandre De Beer I don't think you need to do a separate LLC for each. It's too many tax returns and admin fees for too little income. Not to mention, you would have a hard time keeping them separated (checkbook, etc.).

One LLC per 10 to 20 units/ or $2M - $4M in assets makes more sense to me.
