Super New But Determined To Succeed Looking For Some Guidance
Dear BP Members,
I just formed my LLC, Got My EIN, have been reading like crazy all about real estate investing. Got Mr. Turner’s books, and many others. I have been to the Than Merrill small seminar, I plan to go to the 3 day event. I am trying my best to learn as much as possible. I have a Lender and Real estate agent willing to work with me. And I am acquainted with some general contractors who fix and build homes here in Gwinnett. I am looking for advice on a Lawyer to serve as a registered agent and to handle the closings for now and advice on a Bank that would be good for my budding LLC. Thank you for any help you can give.
