Wholesaling with Real Estate Agents and Realtors

Hello,

I am really interested in real estate investing in the Atlanta area. I would like to start out wholesaling and eventually build me a lucrative wholesaling business. I am looking for investor friendly agents or realtors that can provide me with off market properties under contract that i can wholesale to my buyers list. On any deal i close I will give you 3% of what i make. If anybody in the Atlanta can help me I really would appreciate it.

Why would the agents have these properties under contract?

You probably wont find agents who will bring you off-market deals to wholesale. You have to find the deals yourself, which is basically the role of a wholesaler.
