Seeking a Reputable General Contractor in the Atlanta Area

If anyone can refer a reputable general contractor in the Atlanta area please let me know. I currently have a property under contract and will be utilizing the 203k Streamline to renovate the property. I need to submit a contract bid immediately in order to have the appraisal performed, I am set to close towards the end of this month. This will not be a huge project (mainly cosmetic) and my budget is currently under $30,000.
