Hi Bigger Pockets,

I am new to this forum and it's my first post.

I'm looking to network with anyone who can help me to achieve my goals... :)  (investing in atlanta)

I am really impressed by what I see so far on BP and would appreciate any recommendations for realtors, property management companies, contractors, and basically anyone who can help with purchase my first property.

My first goal is to buy and hold a rental. and I would also appreciate any recommendations for areas Atlanta as well.

Thank you all in advance for your help!

Cheers

@Jeff Dimock Hi, basically both, I am investing from Israel in the long term, but I attend to be physically present for inspecting and closing the deal.

my investing strategy for the moment is to buy and hold rental.

I'm looking for 3/2+ single home - cute/sexy - great condition - ready to move in -

good neighborhood - good schools - 15-30 minutes from everything (work, school, restaurant etc....)

sorry if its sound like I want it ALL but I prefer getting less in my cash flow and having no risk

than having high cash flow and many things to worry about!

what I'm not looking for :

a 'fliper' that trying to get instant rich!

My Budget - 100-120k (cash)

expecting for 8-10% NOI min
