What to do as a wholesaler??

Hey BP, I want to start my journey as a wholesaler did ton of research and watch tons of videos, but my Main question is Doing wholesaling in the state of GA illegal? And the contracts from BP works in every state and do you need money to start as a wholesaler? Thanks!
