Looking for HOA management company for 35-unit community
Hi everyone,
I currently sit on the board of the HOA for an investment property in Avondale Estates and we (the board) have decided it's time to find a professional management company to help with collecting dues, accounting, responding to realtor/closing attorney requests, handling neighbor disputes, etc. It's a 35-unit fee-simple townhouse community, approximately 50% owner occupied, 50% rentals.
Any suggestions for a management company that could meet our needs? My research is showing results for large commercial buildings or single-family rentals, but not much for the mid-sized communities.
Thanks in advance!
Renee
