Looking for Investment property in downtown Atlanta

Hello Atlanta forums (I hope I'm posting this to the right place). I'm looking for a downtown place in Atlanta near the Peachtree Plaza that I could use for parts of the year when I'm in Atlanta and do short term rentals with a local manager for the rest. I'm really not looking to spend a lot of money, and a studio or a 1-2br place I can grab on the cheap would be great. Anyone know any investor friendly buyer's agents in the Atlanta area? Thanks everybody!
