@Account Closed Hey Nick, for some reason I never saw most of the replies to my post when they first came in. I'm working in both Indiana and Georgia looking for projects. 

I don't have a set number for either market, but I'm planning on flipping until I can purchase a few multifamily properties. 

Your website layout is great in the Case Study section Nick. Really looks polished. Easy to read and understand.
