Lithonia Single Family Deal Analysis

Hey Bigger Pockets Family, trying to take my Real Estate investing to another level and get more feedback from the community. I'm going start by analyzing more deals so I can get feedback.

I'm looking at a house in Lithonia, GA (Note: I think it is off market now so would not be something I could actually obtain) and the information is below:

1907 Corners Circle, Lithonia, GA 30058

Purchase Price: $54,900

Single Family House: 3 bed / 3 baths / 1592 Sq Ft

Property Tax: $1,542

Median Rent: $925

Redfin Estimate: $75,000

I would put 20% down and Most likely get interest rate of 5.125% for financing.  Not too sure but maybe would need $10k of work into it.

Would this be a deal you guys would do? Why or why not? Trying to further expand my existing knowledge.

Thanks guys,

Chudi
