Kissimmee - short term rental -start up info

I recently purchased a condo in Kissimmee personal use, but am interested in possibly doing short term vacation rental a few times a year.

I've been told there are several steps I need to get registered with the state, county, and city.

Is anyone experienced in what needs to be done? I'm confused.  Any help would be appreciated!
