Land owner in Cape Coral, looking to possibly sell

I have a great piece of property in Cape Coral, and a relative owns a few more, we are seeing the great sales in our area happening and looking to possibly sell. Not sure the first steps, as not and out and out regular sale. 

Years back I got involved in an investment marketing group, buying big corp. I purchased land within a Custodial IRA by rolling in one of my retirement accounts, I would like to try and sell my land as online it looks to have gone up a lot. I am not sure where to start, do I hire a normal real estate agent in the area to sell my land and then provided them with the custodial account information...has anyone gone through this?

I hope this makes since. Thank you for those that have experience in this, and looking for those that have moved land in a custodial IRA and then moved to another brokerage. Thank you greatly. Danell
