Best Neighborhoods in Jacksonville to Invest in

I am new to the Jacksonville market, and I wanted to get some local investor thoughts on which neighborhoods are the best to invest in, so I can start to analyze some deals. My goal is to find a house that is great for a long-term rental. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks

I think if you were a little more clear on what exactly you're looking for you might get some relevant answers. The population of Jax is a million, we have every different type of neighborhood imaginable. The question is too vague. What's your definition of a "great long term rental"? What's your budget? What type of neighborhood are you looking for? What type of financing do you have? Are you willing to rehab?..etc. More detail please.
