Agent and Contractor recommendations

Im looking for an all encompassing agent (acquisition, project management, property management). I currently live out of state but travel to Jax regularly. Any recommendations?  I'll be in town in the next couple days so I'm looking for someone soon. 

Along the same vein I am looking for a reputable contractor that might be able to give a quote early on Thursday morning. I know this portion is probably less likely to happen but any recommendations are appreciated!
