Investor Friendly Agent in JAX, FL

I have been looking for 4-plexes in JAX for quite a while now, just got back from deployment, and i feel like zillow and loopnet are just not enough for me to find anything fitting my parameters, I feel like now it's time to find an agent. do any of you guys/gals know anyone in this are you or a friend would like to recommend?
