I'd love to connect with a wholesaling mentor to teach me how to identify good properties and make deals so I can learn the skills needed to get a start in real estate. I'd love to jump right into buy and hold investing, but with my lack of income history and funds I believe wholesaling is the best path to my goals. I'm new to the area and to real estate and appreciate all the support I can get
