Hello all. I am searching for a multi-family property in new castle county in Delaware. I am looking for a triplex or a quadplex. Right now I am thinking either Newark for college kids or Wilmington for families. Honestly, any leads will do. Online listings are not offering a lot of options. If anyone can help or refer me to someone that would be great Thanks!
