Running Comps in New Haven

Hello, 

We are new to real state investing and are seriously looking into buying a property in New Haven in the next few months. We have been trying to do comps of sales in the area to compare prices and have been mainly using realtor.com and zillow. Does anyone know any better services to run comps?

Also if anyone has any experience with BRRRR or multifamily homes in the area would love to get in touch!
