Moving to New Heaven for 3 years

Posted

Hello everyone,

I used to read a lot of topics in this forum, and I like how people interact with each other!

Therefore, I signed up today and thought about writing my idea. Me and my wife are moving to New Heaven, and we are done with renting and wants to invest because we are planning to have our first child soon.

Alright, so  we want to buy 2 bedroom apartment close to Yale University. We will live there for three years then we want to rent it.

Now, we need to know if we can buy in some certain buildings like ( New heave towers, 360 state street and The Eli). Moreover, I need your hear your thoughts on this plan and whether it is suitable for New Heaven.
