hello,  I currently have a rental property in South east aurora.  I charge $2,650 in rent and have a cash flow of about $700 a month.  However, the mortgage for the property is about $1700 a month.  The property is worth approx. $450K and I bought it for $335K.  It is in a nice neighborhood and was built in 2006.  We are having some issues with the tenant and I am thinking about selling it or possibly renting it again.  I know the rent and mortgage seem high on the property but the cash flow is great.  Any recommendations on selling it to get a cheaper rental or should I hold on to it????
