Zoning Change Question
Hey everyone! I've just purchased a house that I will be able to split into two units with a just a little work. I'm planning on doing short-term rentals in the future but the current zoning is R1-6 AO which doesn't allow for this. I have a meeting with a city planner to discuss changing the zoning to R2. I wanted to see if anyone has advice for what criteria the city needs to change the zoning or anything else I should know. Thanks in advance!
