Closing on our first home next week, a duplex in Englewood, that we plan to AirBnB the bottom while living upstairs. Using a PM for the STR, but looking for tax advice from a real estate experienced CPA. Specifically interested in: should we create an LLC, best way to track income/ expenses, as well as a other personal questions related to real estate investing. Thanks in advance, Kyle.
