Pay-by-the-hour property management?
My partner Lauren owns a triplex in Denver, and we will be moving to the East Coast some time this year. Because of this, we are wondering if there are any individuals or companies that provide property management service on a per visit / per hour basis instead of per month. She would rather pay the property manager $100+/hour for emergency repairs or middle-of-the-night calls than pay them 10% per month. Are there any companies / people in Denver offering on-demand, hourly property management?
