New Investor Seeking First Rental Property

Hey guys! I'm a new real estate investor in the Denver area looking to make my first purchase in the near future! My ultimate goal is to buy and hold commercial properties (small multi-family apartments 5-15 units) but for my first purchase I am leaning towards single family houses. I would love to meet with some of you experienced real estate investors in the area to pick your brains and network.
