Buying Condo between Friends, RE Attorney Recommendation?

Hello All,

I (current tenant) am buying a condo from a good friend (current landlord and owner) located in Denver. The condo never went on the market and will not go on the market. Our terms / price are already agreed upon. Offer is "as is" with no inspection objections. Looking for an attorney to push the paperwork. Any recommendations?

Much appreciated! Sara
