Thank you and looking to connect with finance professionals

Hi BiggerPockets Denver:

First and foremost, thank you to all of the members of BP who so willingly offer advice, services, and support in this forum. I've been lurking for a few months and have been incredibly impressed with this community. I hope in time I can give back as well.

That said, like many people here, I am setting very aggressive goals in 2017 to kick off my real estate portfolio. I work in tech at a very large tech company and hope to transition in the next 4-5 years to full time investing. My initial focus is to buy and hold, 2-3 unit buildings, in underdeveloped areas. I am in my early 30s with a sizable amount of investable income and would like to find *a* local mortgage broker to kick off 2017.

Are there members of the BP forum who would like to connect? Or, any other "best-of-breed" broker recommendations? I'd love to buy a few cups of coffee or beer and put a game plan together.

Please let me know and I'd also love to connect with any local REI pros as well.

Thank you! Happy holidays!

-Brian
