Looking for a Good Property Manager

Hey all,

I am preparing to rent out my first investment property in Littleton. It is a detached SFH that has a 1 bedroom full apartment in the basement, so I am looking to rent it out as a duplex. I've already decided I really don't want to manage this property myself. Any recommendations on a good property manager?
