Any good real estate attorneys in the area?

Hello! I have contacted many attorneys around my area and they have all been no help. I am looking to have an attorney draw up a purchase agreement as well as an assignment agreement so I can begin wholesaling. I just want to make sure the contracts are area specific(local laws) and wont get me into legal trouble. Does anyone know an attorney in the area that may help? I am willing to travel a little if needed but looking to stay local to Southern California. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
