Portfolio Lenders in SoCal??

Hello BP Community! 

I have a non-warrantable condo with good equity and would like to cash out using portfolio loan, anyone had any experience with the local banks giving out portfolio loans? And any sharing about portfolio loans in general is appreciated! I never used any.

Hope you all have invested enough that you don't have to go to work tomorrow morning :D
