Hey there guys! First off, my name is Michael & an aspiring real estate investor here in OC, mainly wholesaling properties. 

If you don't know what wholesaling is, well, here it is: 95% of the population goes the traditional route, fixing up their property, listing with a realtor & waiting 6-9 months to get closed.

However, the other 5% doesn't want to wait, nor fix up or renovate a single thing on their property. That's when we come in and offer them a price below market value. For example, say theres a property worth$100k,we then get it under contract for $50k, & in turn assign it over to a local buyer, which flips properties for a profit. Say $60k. The seller is happy fro their $50k, the buyer is happy for a property under market value, and well you know the rest!

I also have the contracts, the buyers, and an escrow & title company to make this happen.

However, I understand the importance of teamwork and if anyone would be interested I'd be more than happy to sit down and discuss our partnership. Im motivated for success and this can be a serious vehicle to get us there.
