Hello! I'm living in Saugus and have a couple short-term vacation rentals in Big Bear Lake. I'm new to the forums, but have been listening to the BP podcast for a couple years now. I'm hoping to get into a few multi's and eventually into apt complexes. I would love to attend the next meet up when you have one!

Hey everyone...new to BP. I live in Valencia, CA with my three little girls...I'm sorry to have missed the last meet-up. I would love to catch the next one. I own 18 out-of-state SFR rentals...am looking to begin flipping here nearby. Any and all advice on the best markets would be greatly appreciated. Also, I don't have experience with rehabs (I've read several books...that's it)...I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to buy someone lunch (and a beer or two) and talk shop.

Just came across this and would like to attend one of the meetups. Looking to attend the one in November. Is this scheduled for the 13th or the 6th of November? The link shows a different date, the 13th would be great and I would love to come. I'm a new potential investor thats looking to learn a bit more about OOS opportunities.

Hello Santa Clarita! There has been a lot of confusion about the November meet up, and this is on me. We had rescheduled the date to Nov 13, however, I had not noticed that the BP event had not been updated to reflect the date change. The event is now updated. Another Santa Clarita resident and investor here. Live up Copperhill in one of the Tesoro communities and have been actively buying SFRs in the SCV for the past 8 years or so. Thought is to now diversify into higher cap rate areas. Would be good to connect with like minded people and would definitely be interested in attending a Meetup.
Hey, guys, this thread has been dormant but I'm just getting my feet wet and learning the ropes. Several weeks away from investing but wanted to find out if you ended up forming a networking group that I could learn about. I'm in the learning phase right now and strategizing my rei plan and plan on making initial offers by late March/early April. Thanks for any guidance!
